All orders are shipped with Royal mail recorded delivery and takes approximately between 2 to 3 working days from dispatch date.
UK destination for Royal Mail include England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & BFPO.

We ship worldwide. Please note that all international taxes and charges are payable by the receiver.
All international orders are tracked. We will provide you with a tracking code to keep you updated on the status of your order.
If you reside outside the UK and would like to place an order, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your postage and packaging options.
We ship on Monday and Wednesday. Orders placed after 3pm will usually be shipped on the next working day. Please email or message us if you need a priority dispatch.
Carriers: We use the Post Office to deliver UK orders. For international orders, we use UPS.
Out of Stock: If an item goes out of stock we will contact you to check if you are happy to wait for the full order to be ready or whether you would prefer a refund.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All items must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. Items cannot be opened and must be returned within 14 working days of receiving your order from your postal service provider.
All returned package must include a signed letter stating reason for return with original receipt.
